(4 beat Cha-cha leading with the right ft.)
"Cha-cha with your left foot."
(4 beat Cha-cha leading with the left ft.)
"Face left go forward."
(right ft. pivot to left, go forward 3 steps ending on left ft.)
"Spin turn to your right."
(right ft. stomp, place right ft. & make a circle turn to the left)
"Take it back, take it back."
(left ft. stomp, place left ft., go back 3 steps ending on left ft.)
"Three hops to the front."
(hop forward 3 steps and pause with a vougue-type pose)
"Hands Up."
(pump both hands to the sky 4 times while bouncing legs)
"Hands down."
(pump both hands to the floor 4 times while bouncing legs)
"Hula hoop to your left."
(circle the waist as if balancing a hula hoop leading to right)
"Hula hoop to your right."
(circle the waist as if balancing a hula hoop leading to left)
